In the wake of the hyper-successful ‘Great Spirit’ (over 100 million streams
combined plus a gazillion plays at the world’s most popular festivals and radio shows), Armin van Buuren and Vini
Vici have joined forces again. Alongside Brazilian star DJ/producer Alok, who scored more than 300 million
streams with ‘Hear Me Now’ (with Bruno Martini, feat. Zeeba), and singer-songwriter Zafrir, they emerge with
brand-new single ‘United’ and its custom-made music video to unite the world of dance music.
In many ways the ideal successor of ‘Great Spirit’, ‘United’ merges the best from Armin van Buuren, Vini Vici and
Alok combined to make the intensity levels go off the charts. Laced even further by the energetic build, thrilling
staccato strings, Zafrir’s infectious chants and a monstrous bassline, ‘United’ will make the crowd jump and fistpump
together as one.
For the official music video of ‘United’, fans were asked to submit footage of themselves holding their country’s
flag at famous hotspots or big festivals, to show that music truly is a universal language that connects and unites
people from all over the world. With all of those fan entrees combined, it makes for a wonderful portrayal of a
world where only music matters, not race, origin or descent.
A brand new track from Vini Vici on their brand new label ‘Alteza Records’. Alteza means King/Royalty, which describes where Vini Vici stands for, being on top of the game. ‘Where The Heart Is’ is the proof of their vision. Powerful as always.
From the psychedelic sound effects to the monstrous bassline, ‘Where The Heart Is’ has the Vini Vici stamp. Between the insane amounts of energy and its enormous club-destroying potential, this cut will remain a Psy-Trance staple until Armageddon hits.
Vi state chiedendo com’è andata?
Saturday May 5th, we’ve been invited to join KYI Club in Baggiovara, Modena, (Italy) to attend a special night, the very first trance night hosted by this exclusive club.
We’ve been the pleasure to spend some time with the club manager, Alessandro, who told us about his love for the music that he’s been able to turn into his own job, “the best job of the world” in his words.
He also revealed to us his passion for trance music, his will to host this trance night, chasing Vini Vici for 2 years to get this booking, and his desire to host more trance nights if he gets a positive feedback from the crowd.
Ruben de Ronde and Vini Vici are actually the headliners chosen to spread their trance vibes to the crowd.
Wondering how did it all go? A massive explosion of energy and excitement that left us astounded and overwhelmed, breathless but with a huge smile on our faces.
But now we just let these amazing pictures by their photographer Andrea Gobbi do the talk, hoping to come back soon for another great event.
Special thanks to Jacopo and Gustavo for looking after us and making us feel part of the family.
What could be better than celebrating Alteza Records with such a stunner?
Yes, you red it well, the Vini Vici label is born!
And their first release is a jewel, by none other than Reality Test, a brave woman who is battling her way up in an industry dominated by men.
No surprise the track is called ‘Passion’ because she got loads of this. Along with the beautiful vocals of Shanti People this track sets the bar high for Alteza Records.
The first speaker-buster to bear the mark of Vini Vici’s brand-new imprint (Alteza), ‘Passion’ sees Israeli, Berlin-based prodigy Reality Test deliver top-drawer power Trance right off the bat. Ripe with Shanti People’s entrancing chants and a bassline made for cracking dancefloors in half, this cut aims for 100% intensity all night long.

If you are a clubber in Italy you might be used to see Vini Vici performing here quite often lately, but having the honor to see Ruben de Ronde as well, it’s something that really gives us goosebumps!!
We honestly cannot wait to attend the event and covering the night with lot of updates for those of you around the world who are not lucky enough to be there.
During the last weekend we followed Ruben’s gig in Istanbul together with Vini Vici, let us tell you that it’s been an epic night of madness, so we’re thrilled to welcome them in Modena in just a few weeks.
To get you in the mood for this upcoming event, let your energies vibrate higher with the new episode of TSOH by our beloved Ruben de Ronde:
Armin van Buuren: “I’ve wanted to work with Vini Vici ever since they embarked on the music scene. Few acts have such a well-defined signature sound”
Vini Vici is the project by Aviram Saharai & Matan Kadosh, both well-known and experienced electronic music producers for over a decade.
The concept of Vini Vici was formed by the boys with an intention to express their love for the old school sound, paired with their progressive ideas.
Iboga Records and FM Bookings, widely considered to be the biggest psytrance label and booking agency, were the first to see the potential of the project and invited them to be part of their well respected family, alongside names such as: Ace Ventura, Liquid Soul, Ticon, Captain Hook, Atmos, and the like.
After the huge success of their premier EP ‘Divine Mode’ and their follow-up ‘Back Underground’, ‘Expender’, ‘Anything & Everything’, and ‘Veni Vidi Vici’ tracks (all top sellers on Beatport and Iboga Records charts), Vini Vici continued to produce massive hits while touring the world nonstop – Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, Switzerland, Finland, France, India, Denmark, Germany, United State, Italy, Portugal, Austria, Australia, Serbia, Netherland, Scotland, United Kingdom, Ireland, Israel…..
We had the honor to ask them a few questions about their career and projects as well as some insights about their famous tune ‘Great Spirit’ , the collaboration with the trance master Armin van Buuren and much more…Let’s check out what they told us here:
TBA: First of all congrats on the Night Life Award as DJ of the year guys, did you see it coming?
VV: Thank you very much. Well we didn’t see it coming, we just worked hard and kept pushing our career to the next level. we guess this is the result of the hectic year we been thru and we are great full for it.
TBA: How did your adventure in the music scene begin?
VV: Our adventure started while in high school , we got introduced by good friends that told us we must do music together , and from the first track we did, we saw there was a future. And 16 years later here we are 🙂
TBA: How did the cooperation with Armin for Great spirit come up?
VV: We saw Armin supported our music , and we started to exchange e-mails, then we offered to do a track together, and the process of the song was incredible , Armin has a true great spirit.
TBA: You have been at AMF, what were your expectations ?
VV: We were super excited for AMF , we love the fact that our style of music and psytrance is getting recognized by big and iconic festivals.
We could not wait to be there, it was massive!
TBA: How does the creative process develops normally when you are both in the studio?
VV: We are very organized in the way of working , we normally in theory finishing the track in our mind before we even approach to the production part , once we get there in our head , we start to produce it.
TBA: Who has the craziest ideas generally?
VV: It really goes both ways , for example:
Aviram had the idea for “the tribe “ track theme , and then Matan brought the idea of the vocal for the track . So I think really most of the time we share the same taste , and we love thinking “outside of the box”
TBA: Aviram, tell me a secret about Matan please
VV: Before big shows matan wearing orange underwear 😅
TBA: Matan tell me a secret about Aviram please
VV: Aviram drives like an old lady 😂
TBA: How did you choose your stage name ?
VV: It was a hard one , it took us a while, then we came across with the phrase “Vini vidi Vici “ and we loved it , but it was too long , then we started to play with the words until we got to “Vini Vici “
TBA: What do you have in store for us in the upcoming future ?
VV: We have a lot of big things coming up for next year that we can’t share at the moment. but we have a new collaboration with master “Astrix” that we love, and will come out in December .
TBA: The funniest thing ever happened while touring?
VV: We remember in Japan that a guy was running from the dance floor and he jumped to the stage like spider man haha, and by jumping on stage he managed to kill all of the CDj cables . That’s one of lot of crazy stories we store.
TBA: Name the first track that comes into your mind
Matan- Bob Marley – One Love
Aviram – The Chemical brothers – block rockin’ beats
TBA: Who is inspiring you the most these days ?
VV: We getting inspired from a lot of things , if it’s music , we really admire people like Eric prydz and Armin van Buuren , they are in the industry for so many years and always managing to stay on top of it without selling there “soul” , we love that !
TBA: And who, among your famous colleagues are you following the most?
VV: We follow a lot of our friends : W&W , Armin , Astrix , Ace Ventura , White no1se , off limits , coming soon … the list is long
TBA: One night to remember:
VV: For sure “AMF “ 😉
TBA: Tell me a joke
VV: An elephant see a camel and ask him :
“Dude, why you have tits on your back”?
The Camel reply : “ funny question from a guy with a dick on his face“
TBA: Favorite studio tool?
VV: Laptop and Logic X
TBA: Thank you guys and hope to see you soon!
VV: See ya! Good Vibes Only 🙂
Wondering what the buzz is all about? It’s time to tune in and find out.
Here we go, another weekend another huge party!!
Something special for all the trance lovers is coming tonight in one of the best location in Prague, Club SaSaZu, with , Vini Vici , Ben Gold and David Gravell as special guest taking over the decks!
Who’s going to be there? Also….we heard there is going to be an official after party too…from 3 am at Atelier Club!!
When two of the hottest acts of today’s dance music scene link up, you know there’s a mainstage anthem heading your way. Fresh from thrilling the masses at the world’s most prestigious events, W&W and Vini Vici’s ‘Chakra’ finally sees its release on W&W’s Mainstage Music imprint.
LISTEN TO ‘CHAKRA’
‘Mustang’, W&W have been a main pillar in dance music. The Dutch duo, consisting of Willem van Hanegem and Ward van der Harst, boasts a slew of unbridled club stompers, from breakthrough single ‘Bigfoot’ to the more recent ‘Arcade’ (with Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike), ‘How Many’ and ‘Live The Night’ (with Hardwell and Lil Jon), each becoming reputable live set fixtures and festival highlights across the globe while racking up tens of millions of streams. The current #13 DJs in the world according to DJ Mag’s annual Top 100 DJs poll, W&W are always ready to sweep over music land with their ever-tempestuous productions and ‘Chakra’ is the next sonic storm from their hand.
The second part of the ‘Chakra’ equation, Vini Vici have got to be Trance music’s biggest sensations of recent years. Almost solely responsible for bringing Psy-Trance back to the biggest dance music festivals, they’ve graced mainstages across the globe and managed to become Beatport’s #1 Psy-Trance artists for two years in a row. Their link-up with Armin van Buuren and Hilight Tribe for ‘Great Spirit’ has already gotten fans drooling for months and ‘Chakra’ is sure to further that tradition.
David Gravell is about to join forces with Vini Vici for their debut at the world famous club The Gallery in London next Friday 8th September!
Oh yes, a massive fix of trance is awaiting for you, so if you are in town I am pretty sure hitting the club is a no brainer.
Despite Gravell’s insane schedule around the globe which makes it hard for us to keep track of all his gigs,( he is just coming back from China) he’s very excited to come back taking over the decks at The Gallery!! The guy is on fire, unstoppable, and keeps showing us an enthralling energy and love for what he does best: rocking the crowds with his powerful beats!
And besides treating his fans with some of his famous earworms… he is introducing a few new productions soon to be released… so pay attention and let us know if you can spot some 🙂 but shhhh don’t tell him we spilled the beans!
Looking for the perfect balance between trance music and Hardstyle? Wildstylez sorted it out for you!
‘Great Spirit’ is back and not to be trifled with. Slamming down hard with its distorted kick drums and colossal synths, the Wildstylez Remix cracks floors like an earthquake and colors the skies red with its wrath. From thumping original by Armin van Buuren & Vini Vici to devastating anthem, ‘Great Spirit’ exudes power. Loads of it!!
So what are you waiting for? Go grab it here and have a blast of a weekend with it on repeat.
