It’s been quite a while since ARTY last indulged Armada Music with his trailblazing signature sound, but the long-time industry icon and Armada alum is most definitely returning to the label. Almost five years after collaborating with Armin van Buuren on ‘Nehalennia’, ARTY kicks off 2018 with ‘Sunrise’ (feat. April Bender), the first new single of many more to come this year.

Listen to ARTY feat. April Bender – Sunrise

Uplifting like the first rays of the morning sun, ‘Sunrise’ is all any dance music fan could ask for. Sporting wonderful chords and an eruptive melody alongside contemplative lyrics and April Bender’s gorgeous vocals, this cut shows that ARTY has been able to step up his game even further and will keep clubbers going till the break of dawn.

ARTY: “It’s important for me to continue making the music I enjoy the most and ‘Sunrise’ definitely falls into that category. It’s both a milestone and an incredibly important track in my career as I get back to my Progressive House roots and I’m extremely excited to officially share it with my fans after successfully sneaking it into my live sets for the past few months.”

Born Artem Stoliarov (or Arty for short), ARTY has been one of electronic music’s most consistent acts in the past ten years. Since starting his career in 2009 at the age of 19, he quickly made waves across the dance music realm, releasing his music on a range of top-tier labels while crafting up crowd-pleasing remixes for the likes of Halsey (‘Hurricane’ – over 47 million streams), OneRepublic, London Grammar, Above & Beyond, Porter Robinson and Years & Years. Now residing in Los Angeles, ARTY continually plays the biggest festivals and clubs in the world (e.g. Ultra, Electric Daisy Carnival, Tomorrowland, Ushuaïa, Amnesia Ibiza, Creamfields), clocks up millions of streams on Spotify on a regular basis and keeps his Trance roots alive via his work under his acclaimed ALPHA 9 moniker. Make no mistake about it; ARTY is one of dance music’s hottest acts of today and about to bring the heat with some more of his club-invading, playlist-conquering productions, ‘Sunrise’ included.

Pulling out all the stops in compilation album form: ‘Sun:Sets 2018 (Selected by Chicane)’ saw its highly-anticipated release today.

Listen to Sun:Sets 2018 (Selected by Chicane)

Totaling to two parts and thirty-five infectious records (or a whopping fifty tracks in non-physical release form), ‘Sun:Sets 2018’ turns the insanely popular podcast series into an all-encompassing hit compilation. With an exclusive remix from Dezza on Chicane’s recent single ‘Gorecki’ and a bevy of phenomenal records from the likes of Andrew Bayer & ilan Bluestone, Chicane, Erick Morillo & Eddie Thoneick, Jody Wisternoff, Joris Voorn, LTN, Yotto and more, ‘Sun:Sets 2018’ proves the ideal soundtrack when watching the sun set with your loved one or when you’re about to embrace the final hours of the night at your favorite Ibiza club.

Boasting a sublime track record that comes with a career of over twenty years, Chicane has become a living legend through singles such as ‘Offshore’ (1996), ‘Saltwater’ (1999), ‘Don’t Give Up’ (feat. Bryan Adams) (2000) and the evergreen ‘Poppiholla’ (2008). Dominating charts across the globe and remaining a staple in dance music to this day, he’s always had a keen ear for what works in any sort of environment and perfectly demonstrated that ability by picking the very best of his podcast series for this belter of a compilation album.

Happy Friday everyone!

To kick off the day with the best vibe, we are thrilled to announce the release of ‘True Love’ on Armind label.

This gem has been greatly supported by the master himself, Armin van Buuren and it’s part of the upcoming Super8&TAB album, ‘Reformation Part.1’ that you can pre-order here.

Turning every single moment in one of the most epic yet, this brand-new Armind release hits the world in acclaimed Super8 & Tab fashion. Featuring Envy Monroe’s vivacious vocals, blazing synths and a melody like a fairy tale, ‘True Love’ is what every person in the world wants to get his hands on.

Let’s grab it here

For artistic creativity to truly flourish, change is an unavoidable necessity. When Finnish trance icons Super8 & Tab made the move to Armada Music, the shock transition turned out some of their most electrifying tracks to date – ‘Cosmo’, ‘Falling Into You’ and the immense Beatport #1 juggernaut ‘Mega’. It was a move that ultimately led to the release of their third studio album ‘Reformation’, with Part 1 available to pre-order today at (LINK) and set for release on February 23rd.

The long player sees the pair finetune their craft with jaw dropping precision, encapsulating the classic essence of trance music while bringing in new sounds and techniques honed and perfected over a decade’s work deep in the world’s best studios. Tracks like Part 1’s ‘Seconds Away’, Armin-favourite ‘Pressure’, ‘Cosmo’, the goliath ‘Mega’ and ‘Falling Into You’, with Jonny Rose on vocals, not only showcase Janne Mansnerus and Miika Eloranta’s relentless pursuit of musical integrity and their innate ability to produce beautiful music, but also highlight their place driving the current shift in trance towards more euphoric, melodic and vocal-led compositions.

“‘Reformation’ has been about keeping that forward momentum going,” Janne says. “We’ve tried to break old habits, bringing new elements to the music and how we work in the studio. We have a new label and a new team of people working on our team. This all creates a whole new vibe.”

Nowhere is that more evident than in new single ‘True Love’, out for worldwide release today. Featuring Sweden’s Envy Monroe on the top line, the track is a triumphant tour de force in exhilaration, a ‘hands in the air’ monster that dives down into thundering bass sections, climbs the sides of expansive synth arpeggios, soars across delicately syncopating keyboards and Monroe’s vocal, rushes alongside driving percussion. No wonder Armin van Buuren chose to premiere the single on his ASOT radio show this week, marking yet another Super8 & Tab single the Dutch legend has thrown his full weight behind.

“With so much evolution and change within Super8 & Tab, it’s hard not to feel a strong sense of anticipation,” Miika reflects. “Everything feels so exciting again to me. It feels like it did back in the days when we were releasing our first tracks. It’s time to take that excitement on tour and to the clubs and really see it developing into new dimensions.”

Fans will be able to catch Super8 & Tab live at shows around the world over the coming months. For more updates, musc news and all things Super8 & Tab, visit

FUSE announce Enzo Siragusa ‘All Day Long’

A chance to catch the Fuse founder digging deep into his record collection across nine hours.

Sunday 18th Feb

4pm – 1am
Village Underground

Facebook event

Starting 2018 strong with their annual New Year’s Day and Night celebrations, FUSE is pleased to announce the next event at Village Underground with boss Enzo Siragusa taking controls all day long.

For Enzo, playing an all day long set is not a light affair as he is given the chance to connect even deeper with the people who come to see him. It is something he prepares for meticulously, spending extensive time leading up digging through the majority of his expansive record collection, picking gems new and old with a view of providing unforgettable experiences for his audience as he himself had as a young raver. Having played all day at FUSE twice in just over a year, these sets are to be cherished as a rare treat.

2017 saw Enzo continue to tour worldwide throughout North America, Australia and a debut tour in South America. Plus, an impressive list of FUSE showcases across the board. A man dedicated to his craft, Enzo also spends every spare minute in the studio and finished off 2017 with two releases on his label; A remix for Cristi Cons and Guti and a collaborative EP between himself, Archie Hamilton and Subb-an.

With more exciting music to come in 2018, including a collaboration remix with Guti on Cuttin’ Headz, Enzo looks forward to new projects and the lead up to the FUSE 10-year anniversary. Firstly though, he is ready to dig deep ‘All Day Long’ in his home city.

The third release from Cassy’s new collaborative label ‘Kwench Records’ sees her combine with Stockholm’s Art Alfie for two new slick productions. Plus a blistering remix from Chris Count.

Released 16th February on Vinyl & Digital

Track snippets here:

A1. Solar
B1. On The Low
B2. Solar (Chris Count remix)

For the third release on Kwench Records, Cassy collaborates with Stockholm’s Art Alfie. Between them they deliver two diverse tracks brought together with a touch of class and Cassy’s distinct vocal. For the remix, German DJ / Producer Chris Count rounds off the EP by delivering an acid tinged version of ‘Solar’.

Although quite different, Cassy enjoys both Art Alfie and Chris Count’s productions for similar reasons. “Their music is produced so stylishly. You can tell they have put a lot of time into really listening to music. They know how to build in a natural way. I love that we have ended up with three totally different tracks on this release.” – Cassy

Art Alfie enjoyed a successful 2017 as a solo artist. His first project of the year, the ‘Reveries Of’ LP, released on none other than Studio Barnhus. This was swiftly followed up by another solo effort on his Karlovak imprint he runs alongside Mr Tophat. Both releases garnered plenty of support from across the DJ spectrum.

“I have enjoyed playing Art Alfie’s music for a long time. His productions are a pleasure to play and listen to. He was one of the first people I sought after collaborating with when I first had the idea for the label”

Although on the circuit for some time with releases on the likes of Dopewax, Intec, and Universal Music, Chris Count is a more recent and exciting discovery for Cassy, she is a big supporter of his releases.

“Chris Count makes fucking great music! This incredible remix delivers every time I play it. No matter where I am in the world, people love it”

John 00 Fleming Breaks First News Of Editions V4 Album, MoS Launch Party And ASOT 850 details

Master of the deeper/darker/cooler trance arts, John 00 Fleming began the New Year with news of his first early ‘18 operations. Top of the info-drop was confirmation of a fourth volume in his eminent ‘Editions’ compilation series. With the first three each having posted top #1 positions on Beatport’s all-genres album chart, the expectation x anticipation axis for 4 is substantial. With a mid-Feb release date locked, bet on another ground/rule-breaking four-hour-plus safari through 2018’s progressive, tribal, deeper trance and melodic soundfields.

To give ‘Editions 4’ the reception it deserves, John has lined up a singular night of clubbing for Friday Feb 16th (release weekend for the album).

‘4’ will go to the floor for a one-off OTC expedition at London’s immortal Ministry Of Sound. Long known for its fulsome weekly DJ line-ups, John will join the very-short-indeed honour roll of spinners offered an all-night-long set in The Box at The Gallery.

Trance vet? Well then you’ll know what to expect! If you’ve never witnessed one DJ hold dominion over a floor for six hours straight, this is rite of clubbing passage you owe yourself to take. One way or another, it will be a trip, and a small moment in clubbing history to boot. Tickets have gone on sale: you can secure yours here

For those looking to make a JOOF weekend of it, the word only gets better. Pushing the boundaries again, John will headline ASOT’s first ever Progressive-dedicated stage/hall on the 17th (the night after the MoS/Gallery launch). Having picked up the phone and masterminded proceedings with Armin van Buuren (hear more on what he had to say about that here: ), John will bring the sound he’s championed for the greater part of two decades to central Utrecht’s Jaarbeurs arena.

More info on ‘Editions 4’s tracklist, artwork and release will soon follow!

Sterling Grove abandon glued-to-the-screen laptop production

Rich electronica with captivating songwriting from the spectrum of human experience

‘Parallel Lines’ is the debut album from the Montreal duo

Introducing the kaleidoscopic sound of Sterling Grove AKA Marc Luciano and Stephen Robusto – Montreal’s newest export who incorporate musicianship and songwriting for a rich electronic sound that extends well beyond the dancefloor to comforting human experience.

From brooding breakbeat to delicate downtempo, Sterling Grove’s debut album ‘Parallel Lines’embarks on a dreamy journey, imbued with soul and song craft while featuring a slew of vocalist from around the world.

November saw the release of the absorbingly soulful ‘Parallel Lines’ (single) that featured the sultry vocals of Indian-based musician Monsoonsiren and demonstrates the Canadian Duo’s inclination for a cosmopolitan mix of collaborators. ‘Parallel Lines’ (album) features UK Ninja Tune vocalist Jono McCleery, Black Lotus, Adelaide and fellow Canadians Ellyn Woods and Munya.

Parallel Lines is an album of soaring textures, distorted drums, soulful sound worlds and elegant vocals – sometimes crisp and clear; other times dark and warped. It’s a sound that brings to mind the production finesse of Jamie XX, the grooving vocal chops of Jamie Woon and the richness of Maribou State.

From the emotionally charged, breakbeat infused sound of ‘Beaneath Feat. Jono McCleery’, the acidic, squelching ‘Wither Feat. Adelaide’, to the epic grand-finale ‘Way I Used To Feat Munya’, Sterling Grove have positioned themselves far away from traditional glued-to-the-screen laptop producers by working closely with each artist to cultivate a unique selection of songs where wispy vocals filter in and out of the boy’s chameleonic production abilities.

Emerging from the depths of a long, quiet year, Sterling Grove have found their sound and are ready to introduce it to the world.

The album will be backed by a 6-minute short film entitled ‘Parallel Lines’ set for release in 2018.

  1. Beneath Feat. Jono McCleery
  2. One Year Ago Feat. Munya
  3. La Vigie Feat. Ellyn Woods
  4. Blurred Feat. Black Lotus
  5. Nocturne Feat. Munya
  6. How Far Feat. Munya
  7. Wither Feat. Adelaide
  8. Bridge Feat. Munya
  9. Parallel Lines Feat. Monsoonsiren
  10. Way I Used To Feat. Munya

If you had to design your favorite house, what would it look like? A few years back, The Bearded Man was seriously tasked with this, and he had to spend ten million on a home in the Hollywood hills. But what is essential in such a home? What can’t he live without? Step one: install an elevator that goes straight from the entry way directly to the bedroom, for obvious reasons. Check. Step two: create not just a pool, but a moat of a pool that wraps all the way around the house. With a waterfall. Check. Step three: create a driveway that’s big enough for a limousine to do a u-turn in it at the top of the hill (note: this was based on a true story). He did all of that, and still something was missing. But what? What more could a giant, empty house need? A fireplace? A 15-car garage? Not enough. Without you, it ain’t sh**!

Let’s grab Malifoo- YOU

How does music make you feel?

With this question as a starting point, the idea of Eduardo Berenguer’s new project comes to life. An attempt to synthesise the sinergic feeling between artist and crowd. The butterflies in your stomach that make you jump up and down with your eyes closed when your favorite song plays. The feeling that the beat is, literally, coming from your chest. That unique moment of plain happiness that only music can provide. That’s Malifoo.

6 million plays on Spotify

After four years as one of the members of Lenx & Denx, Eduardo has gone through various important concerts, participations in festivals such as Tomorrowland Brasil performances in superclubs like Green Valley and Anzu Club, along with over 6 million plays on Spotify with the track “Puzzles”. With all this experience he decided to take a step forward with his music and created Malifoo. A solo project that unifies all that he has learned and all the space he has to grow.

By the end of 2016, when the project became concrete, Eduardo started composing bases at his studio in Brazil. On january 2017 he traveled to Amsterdam to finish some tracks at Studio Americain and by february added the last instruments and vocals at Laurel Canyon, Los Angeles. The debut single “Talkbox” was release on October 22nd 2017 by Armada Deep ; the follow-up “You” is coming out on January 12th by The Bearded Man. 2018 looks bright!
